The USCG's Paddle Smart program has developed stickers for kayaks, canoes and all non-motorized watercraft. These stickers help identify owners, provide contact with owners of craft that are found without occupants or that are just lost or stolen. The stickers are available at West Marine on Galveston Island and I have a supply of them from the Coast Guard Auxiliary, Galveston base.
