This message board is intended for the use of Original Bayou Vista Property Owners (others will be considered on a case by case basis). It is to be used to communicate with other owners and discuss matters that pertain to our community.
In order to post on this board you must register and provide your last name, street number and whether you are a owner or renter.
There will be no politics, inflammatory language, vulgarity, or character assassination/abuse allowed. Anyone violating this or any other reasonable and acceptable conduct will be first warned and then banned if such behavior occurs again.
Anyone by posting on this board agrees to these terms and is solely responsible for their actions. The owner and moderators of this board cannot be held responsible for anyone actions/postings other than their own.
If you disagree with these terms and cannot/will not act in a civilized manor respecting others DO NOT REGISTER.
